Sales Consultant (German-speaking)

Would you like to work in an international company from Banja Luka with 100 colleagues? We’re looking for a german-speaking sales consultant to join our team.
What does it take from you?
We are looking for a German-speaking candidate who preferably has experience and knowledge of sales – maybe as a BDR/SDR in a previous role – to work closely with our German sales team. The most important thing for us is passion because it means more to us that you want to work with and learn about sales. The rest you can learn in the right conditions which we will provide.
You will be working with the following areas and tasks:
- You will be working with 2-3 permanent clients and aiding them in their sales efforts
- You will be identifying relevant companies and prospects and doing outreach on the phone and followup on e-mail
- With your colleagues from Germany and Denmark, you will be hosting meetings with potential clients
- Overall, being fully engaged in and responsible for the sales of our clients in Germany
During the day, you will also be working with:
- Identification, nurturing/outreach to, and handling of prospects
- Maintenance of our HubSpot database, and data research via LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Event organization and participation (webinars, fairs, etc.)
- LinkedIn outreach to potential prospects and communication with prospects
We are looking for these personal traits and skills:
- Passionate about the world of sales
- Motivated, reliable, and has organizational skills
- Analytical skills to develop strategies from data
- Professional appearance in customer communication
- Comfortable in talking with business contacts
- Strong language skills in German and English (C level required)
- Experienced in working with CRM-tools like HubSpot is a nice bonus, but not at all required
- Over all team player

Who are we?
Obsidian is a full-service marketing agency based out of Copenhagen, Aarhus, and Aalborg in Denmark, Helsinki in Finland, Leipzig in Germany, and Banja Luka. We are approx. 300 colleagues working with mainly Northern European clients helping them advertise on social media, advertise in search engines, perform e-mail marketing, and much more.
We started in Banja Luka in 2019 and have since then grown to a team of more than 95 skilled colleagues working from our office in central Banja Luka.
