We are looking for a creative Motion Graphic Designer to join our Design team in Banja Luka. We seek someone who shares our vision and is passionate about crafting visually engaging and innovative content that will enhance our digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Your tasks will include:

• Motion Design: Create and design engaging 2D and 3D animations for social media, advertising campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Video Editing: Edit and assemble video content to ensure a cohesive and polished final product.
• Sound Design: Oversee the sound design for all motion graphics, ensuring that audio elements enhance the overall visual experience.
• Creative Ideation: Generate and develop innovative ideas for motion graphics and video content, aligning with the company’s objectives and brand identity.
• Cross-Platform Integration: Work on various types of content, including social media posts, promotional videos, and advertisements.
• Technical Proficiency: Utilize a range of motion design techniques and tools to produce high-quality animations and video content.
• Cultural Sensitivity: Apply an understanding of different cultures to create relevant and impactful designs for a diverse audience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including designers, marketers, and content creators, to ensure a unified and effective visual strategy.

Desired Requirements:

• Relevant Experience: Proven experience in motion design, including a strong portfolio or showreel showcasing your work.
• Aesthetic Sensibility: A keen eye for beauty and detail, with the ability to create visually appealing designs.
• Technique Versatility: Ability to employ a variety of motion design techniques and seamlessly integrate them.
• Excellent knowledge and experience of the Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop.
• Responsibility & Motivation: High level of responsibility, self-motivation, and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Purpose-Driven Design: Understanding and commitment to the objectives behind each design project.
• Creative Initiative: Willingness to generate original ideas and contribute creatively, beyond executing tasks.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English (B2-C1 level) is required; Proficiency in German is a plus but not mandatory.

Obsidian is a full-service marketing agency based out of Copenhagen, Aarhus, and Aalborg in Denmark, Helsinki in Finland, Leipzig and Hamburg in Germany, and Banja Luka. We are approx. 350 colleagues working with mainly Northern European clients helping them advertise on social media, advertise in search engines, perform e-mail marketing, and much more.

We started in Banja Luka in 2019 and have since then grown to a team of more than 95 skilled colleagues working from our office in central Banja Luka.
