We are looking for a passionate and organized Programmatic Specialist who will contribute to creating and delivering brand experiences through the leading marketing platforms for some of Scandinavia’s most ambitious and largest digital businesses.
Job description:
As a Programmatic Specialist you will be responsible for managing digital advertising campaigns using integrated platforms for programmatic buying, mainly Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) and Display & Video 360 (DV360). This position entails that you:

- Onboard clients in the ad server and DSP (DV360) and CM360.
- Set up RTB/programmatic campaigns, strategies, and objectives, along with corresponding banner and video materials.
- Analyze and optimize campaign activities based on the client’s data and KPIs.
- Engage in dialogues with technology partners, media, and data providers.
- Develop setups and methods through test and learn processes, A/B experiments, and the implementation of new features.
- Participate in projects and product development within the team and across the organization.
- Create performance reports, and work on performance decks and insights for the client.

What we expect from you:
- Prior experience: NOT necessary! We’re looking for people who are willing to grow with us and fit the culture, everything else can be learned.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and a strong interest in learning how to use ad servers and demand-side platforms (DSPs).
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns
- Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to learn about programmatic advertising, DV360, and CM360, and stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Collaboration: Willingness to work closely with team members and other departments, participating in projects and contributing to product development.
