We are looking for a Frontend Developer at Black Lemon!

Would you like to join a young and ambitious digital agency? Along with our digital business strategists, our growth team is determined to generate value and create better shopping experiences through digital innovation. Your job will be to back the shopping experiences with strong architecture and bulletproof system integrations.

Who are we?

Black Lemon is a digital agency working with a wide array of brands – from early-stage start-ups to established omnichannel retailers. Our team has great experience in building and managing custom e-commerce platforms selling for +100 mil DKK and we always strive to create exceptional e-commerce experiences with a focus on outstanding brand experience and e-commerce innovation.

The position

It is a paid full-time position at 40 hours per week at our office in Banja Luka. As a frontend developer in Black Lemon, you will be working along with a team of developers and UX/UI designers on creating high-quality e-commerce solutions for small, medium, and large companies. 

Your responsibilities could therefore include:

  • Implementing provided designs into new and existing Shopify stores
  • Bug fixing and maintenance of the existing Shopify stores
  • Building custom Shopify applications (along with a backend developer)
  • Participating in code reviews
  • Implementing best practices in terms of page speed optimization

Who are you?

We expect you to be technically inclined to a high degree. You already have experience and knowledge in HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript and code versioning tools. Bonus skills: experience with APIs, popular framework (React, Vue, Angular), Node.js, experience with Shopify.  

Maybe you have already built a custom platform? Maybe you have been working freelance but now want to scale your work? Most importantly you feel comfortable doing web development and would like to grow your personal skills and competence along with Black Lemon.
