Your new role: 

We are seeking a skilled German-speaking individual, with a keen work ethic, strong analytical skills and a passion for financial analysis.

This role involves overseeing the company’s financial operations, including managing financial reports, budgeting and forecasting. 

You will work closely with various departments to provide insights that drive business decisions, optimize financial performance, and support long-term growth strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing internal controls, and improving financial processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

You’ll need to be detail-oriented, highly organized, and analytical, with a natural ability to solve complex problems. Your strong communication skills will allow you to effectively collaborate across departments, and your proactive mindset will ensure you stay ahead of potential financial challenges.

What You will Work With:

• Provide in-depth analysis of financial data to support decision-making and improve financial performance
• Develop financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
• Creating internal reports for top management of the company
• Work closely with various departments to provide financial insights and support in business planning and operational improvement
• Lead the budgeting process and develop financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, and company policies
• Participation in making various forecasts
• Gathering data necessary for preparing reports for company’s management
• Cooperation with other departments and companies within Group 
• Other tasks given by direct supervisor
• Create methodology for reporting, planning and forecasting 
• Responsibility for month close process and the accuracy of financial accounting
• Collaboration with external partners that provide accounting, tax and other services

What You’ll need to Succeed:

• Fluency in German and English language
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 
• Proven Experience: At least two years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role, with a focus on financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills.
• Financial Expertise: Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards, with a demonstrated ability to apply them effectively in a business context.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
