What You’ll Do:

• Dive into data analysis using Google Looker Studio, focusing on extracting insights and driving informed decisions.
• Utilize data connectors like Supermetrics and Windsor to gather and streamline data from various sources.
• Work with platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and Meta Ads to gather, analyze, and optimize performance metrics.
• Balance technical work (80%) with layout and data visualization tasks (20%) to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and provide actionable insights.
• Contribute to a value-driven team culture, where innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement are encouraged.

Experience You’ll Bring:

• Strong analytical skills and being comfortable with spreadsheets.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
• Previous experience in a data analysis role preferred.
• Passion for working in a collaborative team environment and contributing to a positive team culture.
• Proficiency in Google Looker Studio and experience with data connectors such as Supermetrics and Windsor is a plus.
• Familiarity with platforms like Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and Meta Ads is a plus.

What you will be part of: 

Obsidian Digital is a performance marketing agency based out of Copenhagen, Aarhus, and Aalborg in Denmark, Helsinki in Finland, Leipzig in Germany, and Banja Luka. We are approx. 300 colleagues working with mainly Northern European clients helping them advertise on social media, advertise in search engines, perform e-mail marketing, and much more.

We started in Banja Luka in 2019 and have since then grown to a team of more than 90 skilled colleagues working from our office in central Banja Luka.
