Job description

As a CRO Analyst, you will be working with websites and systems on a highly technical level. The main element we’re working with is the client’s websites, and the secondary elements are systems allowing us to optimize their websites in various ways, including systems like heatmap and live-recording tools and Google Optimize.
The position includes a lot of analyzing, walkthroughs and examinations through our own created frameworks and systems like the ones mentioned above. You will both be analyzing creatively and through numbers, resulting in creating the best recommendations for potential areas of improvement.
Moreover, the position includes a lot of hands-on work through our own created frameworks and the above-mentioned systems. You’ll actively be creating A/B split-tests based on our recommendations, as well as following up on the data they provide and improving the work based on the results we receive.
As a CRO Analyst, you will be the first member of a team that is only going to continue to grow, with various opportunities of taking the next step and becoming Team Lead in Banja Luka. You will be working closely with the Copenhagen Office on a daily basis.

Examples of tasks:

  • Analyzing and examining websites.
  • Analyzing and examining heatmaps, funnels, and more third-party tools.
  • Applying frameworks on a variety of websites.
  • Formalizing recommendations in Powerpoint.
  • Creating A/B split tests in Google Optimize.
  • Analyzing and examining results of split tests.
  • Optimizing and improving based on results from split tests.

  • Various client websites.

  • Powerpoint.
