We are seeking a highly organized Coordinator to optimize our internal processes, specifically around creator management and cross-functional project coordination. In this role, you’ll be responsible for scouting new creators, managing relationships, and ensuring smooth collaboration between internal and external departments to bring creative projects to life.

You’ll be a highly confident, creative, problem solver with a ‘can-do’ attitude. 

At Scrollstop, we specialize in curating exceptional ad experiences that authentically and emotionally connect brands with their audiences. We collaborate with a diverse range of creators to develop innovative campaigns that drive engagement and deliver results. To support our growing operations, we are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Coordinator to oversee the management of creators and internal projects.

 

What You will Work With:

  • Creator management: Identify, onboard, and manage creator relationships to ensure successful collaboration on content and campaign initiatives.
  • Project coordination: Work closely with internal teams (strategists, editors, designers, etc.) to ensure that creator projects are executed smoothly, on time, and meet brand objectives.
  • Process optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine internal workflows to improve efficiency, communication, and project outcomes.
  • Multitasking: Manage multiple creator partnerships and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Central communication point: Serve as the central point of contact between creators and internal teams, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

 

Experience and Skills You’ll Bring:

  • Previous experience in project management or coordination, ideally within a content creation or marketing environment.
  • Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to juggle several projects at once in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent organizational and process management skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Near-Fluency in English: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with global teams and clients.
  • Effective communicator who can bridge the gap between creators and internal teams.
  • A passion for digital content and familiarity with trends across multiple platforms.
